financial service that will guarantee, by means of a secured
loan, financing to all applicants. As long as your name is
on the Deed, we will loan money at a very reasonable rate
for Home Repairs and renovations.
We are a subsidiary of S&H Contracting
and Investment Co. We provide all phases of construction.
Design / Build. Remodel, Quality Affordable Kitchen & Bath
Make Over's. Handy Man Service, etc.
Dream House NW will provide the documents and funds, S&H
Construction will be the hired contractor to complete the
project.
~ All loans are treated equally
regardless of past credit issues.
~ All applicants are in-titled to the
same interest rate.
~ Down payments toward the project
will vary depending upon total estimate cost. Typically
not less than 25% of the total estimate.
